Commercial Products

Automobile
Coverage for the ownership, maintenance or use of automobiles for business purposes.
Business Income
Provides for loss of business income sustained because of a suspension of business operations resulting from damage to real or personal property due to a covered cause of loss.  Business Income, means the sum of net profit or loss that would have been earned or incurred if the suspension had not occurred and normal operation expenses, including payroll, that continue during the suspension.
Business Personal Property
Provides coverage for furniture, fixtures, supplies, equipment, improvements and betterments, electronic data processing equipment and property of others.
Cargo
Provides for coverage on property that is accepted by a carrier for transportation and for which a freight charge is paid.
Crime
Provides for a variety of crime coverages to protect against losses of money, securities and property by such causes of loss as employee dishonesty, forgery, theft, burglary and robbery.
Cyber Liability

A) Technology Errors & Omissions Liability – Protects against damages (compensatory damages imposed by law and/or consequential damages for the breach of a contract or agreement of the performance of your products or your work for others) you must pay because of an economic loss that results from your product(s) or your work provided or performed for others and is caused by an error, omission or negligent act.

B) Network and Information Security Liability – Protection against wrongful acts for the:

* Failure to protect an unauthorized access to or use of, electronic data containing private or confidential information of others;
* Failure to prevent transmission of a computer virus;
* Failure to provide any authorized user with access to your Website, or your computer or communications network;

C) Communications and Media Liability: Protection against wrongful acts for the:

* Infringement of copyright, title, slogan, trademark, trade name, trade dress, service mark, or service name in your material, other than infringement of copyrighted software;
* Unauthorized use of any advertising material, or any slogan or title of others, in the advertising of the businesses of others;
* Plagiarism or unauthorized use of a literary or artistic format, character or performance in your material.

Directors & Officers Liability
Provides coverage for the directors and officers from law suits brought against them by a third party essentially asserting allegations of mismanagement.
Employee Benefits Liability
Provides coverage for administrative acts for claims alleging improper advice or other errors or omissions in the administration of employee benefit plans.
Employment Practices Liability
Provides coverage for claims/allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment.
ERISA Bond
The ERISA Act requires that a bond is purchased by every Sponsor/Trustee who handles property or funds of an Employee Benefit Plan that operates under ERISA law. The bond amount required is 10% of the asset value of the Plan(s) up to a maximum of $500,000; however, the exception to this is when a Plan holds employer securities, as defined by Section 407(d)(1) ERISA. In that scenario, the maximum amount for the bond is 20% up to $1,000,000.

Excess/Umbrella Liability

Coverage provides excess liability limits over any underlying liability coverage (typically General Liability, Auto Liability and Employers Liability) that may apply and it covers many (not all) of the liability exposures excluded by the underlying liability policies.

Extra Expense

Provides coverage for additional expenses incurred for the operation of the business which might include extra pay for overtime work to speed the restoration of the business, the extra cost of moving the operation to a temporary location, etc.

Fiduciary Liability

A “professional liability” policy which protects the Sponsor and Trustees of employee benefit plans from lawsuits because a financially injured party has allegedly been harmed.

Flood Insurance

A general and temporary condition of partial or complete inundation of two or more acres of normally dry land area or of two or more properties (at least one of which is the policyholder’s property) from:  1) Overflow of inland or tidal waters; or 2) Unusual and rapid accumulation or runoff of surface waters from any source; or 3) Mudflow; or, 4) Collapse or subsidence of land along the shore of a lake or similar body of water as a result of erosion or undermining caused by waves or currents of water exceeding anticipated cyclical levels that result in a flood.

General Liability
Provides coverage for damage you are legally obligated to pay because of Bodily Injury or Property Damage caused by an occurrence to a third party.
Kidnap & Ransom/Extortion

This insurance is designed to protect individuals operating anywhere in the world covering the perils of kidnap, extortion, wrongful detention and hijacking.  These policies typically include coverage for death, dismemberment and permanent total disablement of a kidnapped person.  They also pay the fees and expenses of crisis management consultants.  These consultants provide advice to the insured on how to best respond to the incident.

International Automobile Liability

Provides coverage, outside the United States, its territories & possessions, Puerto Rico, Canada, the prohibited area and international airspace or water between destinations for damage you are legally obligated to pay because of your use of a hired or non-owned automobile.

International General Liability

Provides coverage, outside the United States, its territories & possessions, Puerto Rico, Canada, the prohibited area and international airspace or water between destinations for damage you are legally obligated to pay because of Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal Injury or Advertising Injury caused by an occurrence.

International Workers Compensation & Employers Liability

Provides coverage, outside the United States, its territories & possessions, Puerto Rico, Canada, the prohibited area and international airspace or water between destinations for damage you are legally obligated to pay because of Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability insurance which responds to two basic loss exposures faced by employers: 1) the legal responsibility to pay benefits to employees as required by State Workers’ Compensation statues and 2) the cost to defend against, and possibly pay, liability claims made against the employer on account of bodily injury to an employee.

Patent Infringement Insurance

Coverage that provides either a Defense or an Offensive position to protect your patents as well as other Intellectual Property issues, i.e.; Trademark, Copyright, etc.

Professional / Errors & Omissions Liability

These policies protect the entity and employees from allegations brought against them because a third party has allegedly been financially injured from a professional service performed on the third party’s behalf.

Representations & Warranties Insurance

This relates to M&A activity whereby due diligence gaps may be filled by coverage that indemnifies a seller or provides first party coverage to a buyer. Ex., financial statement inaccuracies, tax liabilities, infringement claims by competitors, etc.

Umbrella Liability

Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability

Provides coverage for two basic loss exposures faced by employers: 1) the legal responsibility to pay benefits to employees as required by state workers’ compensation statues and 2) the cost to defend against, and possibly pay, liability claims made against the employer on account of bodily injury to an employee.

Personal Products

Home Owners

This insurance provides for the protection of your home and other buildings including the liability coverage should someone bring a legal action against you.

Personal Automobiles

This insurance provides insurance protection for your automobiles as well as the liability that could attach to you for alleged Bodily Injury or Property Damage.

ATV's, Boats, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, etc.

Like the Personal Automobiles, this coverage insures your toys and any liability that may attach to you.

Life Insurance

This insurance would protect your family/estate should the bread winner of the family pass on.

Personal Umbrella

This policy provides additional liability insurance excess of the Home Owners and the Automobile liability limits.  You can purchase millions of dollars of coverage for very reasonable premiums.

Personal Articles (jewelry, art, etc.)

The items can be and must be insured individually in most cases if they exceed $1,500 in value.
